D24.177 Hall of Tiled Irises

An infernal room 50 x 40 ft in size. The floor comprises 5x5ft tiles made of hideously stretched irises of collosal creatures with different hues. When stepping on a tile, roll 1d6, on a 1, a large beam of energy emerges, with elemental attributes associated with the color of the iris. One versed in architecture and arcane arts may know how to dismantle a tile, which takes 3 hours which may be used to fashion items capable of harnessing such beams of energy

L24.177 Aldveihn, Thieflord of Sorcery

The current infamous leader of the Shattered Thieves, a distributed group of highly skilled thieves known for plundering all manner of precious objects from ancient, hallowed ruins and occasionally from the property of powerful personalities throughout the Firm Qeleres. His greatest of thieveries involve the stealing from Librareiter Prahfar, the of the few copies of the Grand Tome of Easceles, said to contain the secrets of forces between large bodies, which is the essential text for the creation of the floating domiciles of the Librareiters.

D24.176 Discus Manufactory

A manufactory located in Lesser Craagveald 's craftsmen district, 80x90ft in size fitted with half-piped conveyances of gabbro around 4ft in size that snake about the area . Piles of multicolored discuses made of stone and metal, of muted hues are scattered throughout the area alongside a variety of chisels and paintbrushes. A silver key is hidden on the underside of a black painted discus which affords access into the forbidden archives of the Grand Study.

L24.176 Qurhes the Short

The founder of the Qurinaeal Dynasty that, from the shadows, ruled the Spiny Sprig of the Supple Qeleres. Due to his lack of physical prowess, Qurhes mastered speechcraft climbed the ranks to become spymaster of the Ghines Kingdom. And using his network of spies and assassins orchestrated the upheaval of Ghines, thereafter becoming the Shadow Lord of the sprig. While Qurhes was never crowned, it was very clear to the people's of the Spiny Sprig that all seats of power were invariably puppeteered by descendants of Qurhes.

D24.175 Hall of Greaves

A 70x50ft large hallway of bronze plated bricks on which numerous bronze greaves of Dwarven make are hung and scattered on the ground to the point the floor can hardly be seen. Most of the greaves are of very oxidised state which can cause abrasions and illness should one fall while trying to pass the knee deep greave piles. There are curious clusters of greaves on the ceiling within which 6d6 green slimes hang, waiting to ambush unsuspecting prey.  These slimes possess a unique elastic bronze core, which when brought to an arcane smith may be able to bestow equipment unusual elasticity.

L24.175 Adri Duwel Font of Resplendence

The fabled capital of all Resplendents, it is referenced in some secret holy texts of Resplendent Saintesses throughout the Spoke, often used in poetry and allegory. It is said to be constructed from bricks of Dawnglass which shines cold and bright which levitate on orbs of lesser resplendence which organises the capital in a spherical form. At present it is considered a mythical and likely fictional place as no adventurer nor Librareiter eternal have witnessed it's existence.

D24.174 Pit of Racks

An otherworldly inverted pyramid made completely of weapon and armor racks of various metals. Traversing in the pyramid is extremely difficult, and only those skill with climbing may swiftly navigate across the racks and equipment. Most equipment is heavily damaged and rusted, but should time be spent searching, there is a chance of finding some valuable magical equipment 

L24.174 Swlterbranch Sprig

A fabled sprig located at the Far Reaches of the Firm Qeleres, where no light exists and the people's live in idyllic peace and harmony. The absence of resplendence affords great warmth and a lovely clime. Food is abundant and the people's devote efforts to study the nature of the world. Though it is said that some who seek danger leave the idyll seeking to impart their knowledge as sages known through the parts of the Spoke closer to Resplendences.

D24.173 Derulin's Trap of Floor Raising

A 80x50ft room. The room is filled with numerous 5x5 tiles ornately crafted to the point many would feel like stepping on them. When stepped on, the tile shoots upward to a ceiling to crush creatures. Numerous slimes are positioned on the ceiling to keep it clean to avoid creatures from suspecting the room. 5 large chests containing heaps of platinum coins and magic items lie as bait at the centre of the room, suspiciously opened to show their contents.

L24.173. Garland of Fruits

Ceremonial headgear of a priest of the Feaxlund Sect, a powerful religious group founded on the Feldspar Sprig of the Firm Qeleres. The headgear comprises a mix of fruiting creepers with the high ranked bearing long braids of fruit and berries. It is said the fruits a necessary to commune with the 12 Flower Goddesses which affords them all manner of divination.

D24.172 Magma Bubble

A large bubble of magma 80ft in diameter suspended in the middle of a endless chasm emitting purple fog. Only creatures with fire resistance may traverse upon the bubble unscathed. Despite it's appearance it is only as hot as fired coals, and wobbles slightly when treaded upon. 10d6 swarms of man eating moths flock about the bubble, attacking all creatures who tread on the bubble. Applying sufficient force allows one to sink into the bubble which grows hotter as one approaches the center. The core of the bubble is an invisible prism which pulses an aura of cold held in place by force magic. Should it's restraints be dispelled, the bubble immediately grows as hot as real magma will begin rapidly cooling from the outside forming a stone shell. The prism bestows learned in transmutation the secret of creating magma bubbles.

L24.172 Cult of the Ant Masked

A cult of those who have taken a vow of silence, symbolised by their donning of a large masked bearing the form of a blue ant. Unlike most ants, the blue ant's proboscises are blunt and are only used to carry objects, bestowing them strength allowing it carry burdens far heavier than its counterparts. Followers adhere to this principle, and take it as a way of life.

D24.171 Pyramid of Colored Rays

A diorite cavern 100ft in diameter, 200ft in height. A steep pyramid 40x40ft in size and 70ft tall made of soft gallium stands at the center tipped with a large glass prism, which scintillates with changing colours that emit 2d6 rays of colored light randomly across the room, with their color corresponding to an element that deals 1d6 damage. When a creatures approach the pyramid, more rays begin to focus on the creature. The pyramid is difficult to climb without picks or claws as creatures may sink into the malleable gallium as they apply their weight on it. The glass prism is a magical item that may be invoked to perform a similar effect except directed at targeted creatures and consumes a gallium ingot.

L24.171 Bloodslug

One of the newly discovered spells of the school of blood sorcery. For years, arcanists have proven that all five grains exist in the lifeblood of all creatures, with only the proportion of each grain differing within each creature, yet none have been able to directly harness its potential in isolation until the Librareiter of Tinctures Gheawaese discovered a reaction between blood of slugs with that of other creatures own, allowing creatures to manifest slugs from their own isolated blood.

D24.170 Right Sabaton of Khumin

A cube area 300ft on all sides, part of the colossal statue of Khumin, the Second Lord of Craagveald, sculptued from the ore of bismuth and chalcedony.  The sabaton is submerged in acidic water. Its 5ft tall articulations can be entered, within which are 5d6 giant undead lampreys capable of sucking out the flesh and energy of unsuspecting creatures. Buried under the hollow heel of the sabaton interior is the actual right sabaton of Khumin which is heavily rusted, but is powerfully enchanted, allowing one to execute a special stomp that makes all creatures standing in a 30ft cone before you to take 1d6 fall damage and become prone.  

L24.170 Graindark

An invisible substance said to be present throughout the Spoke. While Graindark of all characters are theorised to exist, unlike their unstable counterpart - Grainlight - they exist in an extremely stable form. It is for this reason that it is surmised that should the secrets of Graindark be harnessed - one would be able to harness the power of the very Spoke. But in spite of such musings and fervent studies by arcanists, Graindark remains elusive as an arithmetic construct.

D24.169 Den of Slime

A cavern 70x80ft in size, filled to the brim with yellowish, viscous slime. Breath is not possible even with gills, and special equipment or magick supplying air may be required for some creatures. The cavern is filled with 3d6 giant hagfish who possess extremely rare arcane livers critical for concocting rare tinctures. They will attempt to hide when a creature attempts to catch them and may expel large amounts of white slime that will become sentient and defend them in their stead.

L24.169 Sacred Silk

A hallowed cloth woven only by Spiderkin priestesses. While all spiderkin are capable of weaving webs, only specially trained Spiderkin know the secret of weaving Sacred Silk which affords complete invisibility, and are worn by themselves alongside other holy authorities of their order. It is one of the most closely guarded secrets that not even the longest lived of librareiters know.

L24.168 Sugarmist Bulb

A unique dessert that originates from the Fruthmel Sprig. Made from sugar refined from crushed Mistcane, an interlace of four thin hexagons made of baked buckwheat dust is first carefully made, after which it is placed in a spherical porcelain jar. Sugarmist is then pumped into paper jar, which, after settling for a period of five wingtunes will solidify around the hexagonal biscuit to form a bulb of thin sugar. This dessert is commonly found in eateries across the Fruthmel Sprig, but is said by accomplished chefs to be the most difficult to perfect.

D24.168 Grand Ovens

A tall room 100 ft in height, 100x120ft in size filled with delicious smells of bread and salted meat. The walls are of finely crafted clay tiles and every 10ft of wall is fitted with a masterwork oven in which one may find scraps and remains of extremely high quality, well preserved dwarven bread and sausages. Contrary to the scent of the food, they are actually infested with illusory parasitic insects that emit delicious smells to deceive creatures into eating them after which they will ravage the creature from inside. Those learned in illusions and entomology may notice them, and may know of ways to tame them to possibly use as bait against other creatures.

D24.167 Lodestone Flygoal

A birdcage-like gaol 60ft in diameter made of enchanted, finely shaped lodestone, which prevent magical flight unless the flight is due to wings or equipment made of magnetic materials. 2d6 swarms of rust-bound man-eating flies dwell in the gaol, feeding on the metallic flesh of a dead giant manatee covered in metallic maggots. Eating these maggots may result in indigestion, but may have a 1% chance of bestowing magnetic powers. An expert in entomology may be able to identify the harmful parts of these maggots and which nullifies the effects of indigestion by first removing the heads of the maggots and treating them with a solution of salt.

L24.167 Sicklewound Arts

A series of martial arts for the mallet intended for use against wielders of sickles, specifically towards the elusive sickle-stalkers who are responsible for many assassinations throughout the lands of the Dousing Sprig of the Folded Qeleres.  One can find many practioners of sicklewounding serve as bodyguards to the elite, and many warriors seek tutelage in the many schools of sicklewounding as a means to achieve greatness and recognition for their martial prowess.

L24.166 Pyrodome

A 50x50ft chamber completely engulfed in blue flames. The walls are made of floor tiles of enchanted adamantine inscribed with countless, barely visible runic inscriptions. All creatures in the room will receive severe burns unless resistant or immune to fire. Those skilled in enchantment, and capable of seeing past the immense brightness of the flames may glean the runic inscriptions required to manifest such flame perpetually, and will discover that the key component of the tiles is through the sacrifice of part of the enchanter's own soul - which will permanently reduce one's lifespan and potentially damage up to 6 future incarnations.

L24.166 Toadseye

 A common gem found in mines in the underbark that are commonly encrusted in many of the crafts of spiderkin. Named after their resemblence to the eyes of mist breathing toads, there are many grades of Toadseye mainly related to their coloration, size and projection - a mark within a gem typically being one of the many geometrical primitives.  The largest Toadseye known to loremasters was named the Gathered Horde - Cirmson-Black in shade, nearly 10 ft in diameter and bore a remarkable albeit somewhat distorted octahedral projection, was found in Heumar's Mine located in the Dilumian underbark near the Helanthic Sprig of the Firm Qeleres, and is said to be in posession of the Spellseer Anthar Laedumek, who bought the gem from the Spiderkin miners who uncovered it.

D24.165 Galley of Shellworms

An ancient rotting galley 12ft in width and 100ft in length, completely covered in fat, short worms with a distinctive red shell. The red shell is covered in an excretion which causes a blazing rash that spreads across one's skin. Those learned in entomancy may discern these worms as flameshelled and will learn that they can stun even the most robust of creatures with their shells. Hidden under a floorboard is a small cache of 5d100 copper coins from an ancient civilisation which may be of value to a collector.

L24.165 Larval Flesh

A warding spell learned by journeyman abjurers. By manifesting waves of grain in harmonic, peristaltic resonance, one can mimick the elastic, spellwarding properties of larval flesh, which dampens the incoming blunt force and spell waves. Without magical catalyst, one may conjure the spell with a handful of larval fat granules mixed with sawdust, and scatter the mixture while concentrating pulsating grains of Sanctimony and Longing in one's hand.

D24.164 Sandfeather Creek

A natural subterranean creek covered with feather like protrusions across the ground and walls bearing likeness to feathers. The creek is home to 5d20 small armored beavers who have constructed intricate wooden forts among the sandfeathers, which, contrary to their appearance are extremely sharp and can cause painful lacerations when collided with. Within one of the beavers' forts is a crimson magical pebble which has bestowed them the ability to shrug off damage from these feathers, and will give the same protection to any creature holds it for at least an hour.

L24.164 Shifting Cactus Formation

A cavalry formation commonly used by the armies of the Therteca found, involving a close formation of gerbil riding javeliners who were known to obliterate swaths of infantry using precisely thrown javelins and protecting themselves with their characteristic pointed shields. 

D24.163 Lecture Hall of the Thermal Abacus

A lecture hall 120ft in diameter. Along the north half of the hall is fitted numerous copper pipes linked up with a large abacus made of steel but have very small beads manifested from charged mists from golden coils that wrap around each rod, which are only visible using a special lens found under some tables on the lecture hall. Understanding the mechanism behind the abacus requires great understanding of physics and engineering, which may bring insight to nearby sources of thermal power nearby. The room is also filled with numerous geometrical instruments and books containing arithmetic treatises which may be of value to scholars and various collectors.

L24.163 Leaping Ox Tavern

An infamous tavern located along the desolate bark near the Grainsea of the Firm Qeleres. Said to have been found when the bark around the tavern was not yet formed and was but a thorn on which a traveler riding a mythical Leaping Ox had decided to make his home. It serves as an resting place for many adventurers and people seeking escape from civilisation, as such it attracts a remarkable range of dangerous characters across the turning of the Spoke, despite it's odd customers, it has continued business through generations, and ownership is passed down to various travellers who have taken to making the tavern their home.

D24.162 Smoldering Den of Antigood

A 70x50ft den made of fossilized remains of a gargantuan creature's gut. The fossil remnants of this ancient creature's repast had allowed its residents, 2d6 evil wizard apprentices to create a perpetual field of protection from good which manifests as an unbearable nausea inducing smell. Each wizard apprentice wields a magical wand alongside a spellbook with novice spells and a scroll holder with 2 scrolls each. The den also contains many shelves of catalysts and reagents clearly meant for concocting noxious brews.

L24.162 Villindu, Goddess of Passion

One of the gods of the Weslin Pantheon, worshipped by numerous adherents upon the Banded Qeleres. Unlike all other gods of the pantheon, Villindu is the only one with only one depicted in art with only a single cephalic horn as opposed to two which was said to represent their control over the grain essences of Covetousness and Sanctimony - of which only Covetousness Villindu possessed in much larger capacity than any other god.

D24.161 Garden of Petrified Lightning

An otherworldly garden 70ft in diameter made of a combination of tastefully manicured raingrasses and hailweeds that give off faint iridescent light. Numerous arcs of lightning curve about the garden seemingly frozen in place. Touching the lightning does not harm creatures and may bestow to one transcendental knowledge of the element of lightning, but will cause 1d6 otherwise docile and invisible storm elementals to suddenly manifest to attack the creatures who now can see them.

L24.161 Whorlbait

A highly prized bait used by Rayfishers across the many powderlakes of various Qeleres. Made from he dull scaled Fillworms treated with whorlsalt that resonates with its flesh to create tiny vortices with powder which strongly attracts attracts rayfish.

D24.160 Baths of Torpor

 An exquisitely decorated communal bath 120x200ft in size, made mostly of high quality, polished marble. Numerous rectangular pools filled with hot water are constructed throughout, supplied by statues of lithe elves carrying fine jars from which hot water pours out from. Bathing in the pools puts one in state of great comfort such that one desires naught but to stay within. This state may be broken by those with great willpower, whose constitution and willpower may be permanently bolstered thereafter.

L24.160 Ropelancer's Edifice

A transcendental work of art said to have been created by the legendary Ropelancer, who, through the sheer mastery of the lance became enlightened to the root of martial geometries, was capable of using supple rope as a powerful lance. During his ascension he carved a piece of petrified bark into a complex rope of undescribable curvature capable of withstanding the winds of the upper strata perilous, desolate Windflayed Sprig of the Banded Qeleres. The Edifice now serves as a dangerous site of pilgrimage to numerous followers of the martial ways, and many perish trying the see it in person with hopes of gleaning the secrets left by the Ropelancer.

L24.159 Report to the Sicklecounter of Unthup

To the honorable Sicklecounter, Upon indictment by Watcher Drumies, and further investigation by Seeker Aalwatr, we have discovered a den of false shapers of the Bark's sickles, led by the recalcitrant shaper Bhrindervelt, who is due to be sent to the Oglern Gaol within five lights, while his conspirators are due for flagellation in due time. D24.159 Bridge of Singing Sails

A disturbing bridge made of fully stretched sails of woven mercury that hold one another in a complex helix interlace.  Despite the thin form of the sails that compose the bridge, it perfectly holds up significant weight and only bends slightly when under significant loads. Those highly learned in the ways of engineering may able to discern it's structural principles which may be applicable using other fabrics. When on the bridge however, fumes of mercury are dense which may badly poison creatures.

D24.158 Bladeream Arcaneum

A highly unsettling library 60x60ft in size. Unlike typical libraries, this Arcaneum comprises numerous scroll racks that tower up to 120ft above, fitted with highly reflective scrolls made of steel paper. The floors and walls are impeccably polished, reflecting all objects in an infinite recursion of mirrors. Trying to open a scroll will lead to a high chance of being cut by the edges of the scroll. Blood that is let by the reader trickles across the scroll, revealing the secrets of the sorceries of cutting force at the cost of one's lifeblood.

L24.158 Fivewing Djinn

A highly intelligent arcaniform, manifested by resonance of grains of the deceased and echoes of the disintegrated bodies of the Five Outerbeetles.  The resonant power take the form of up to five beetle wings that rotate about the arcaniform who takes the form of a harmonised representation of deceased creatures. The duration taken to gather their five wings often spans thousands of years. It is not known for what purpose these Djinn exist, only that they are capable of great destruction and are often sealed within restricted areas when first found. Despite their great power and threat, they are not aggressive and do not appear to have a will of their own as they have not once used their powers for subjugation.

D24.157 Lozengarium

An extremely odd geographical structure of peridot deep underground that spans 200x200ft space. This structure comprises checkboard placements of 5ft tall and 10ft long lozenges made of the same peridot, carved seemingly formed naturally yet impeccably hewn. Around the structure are numerous stone tables and stacked with thin clay tablets etched with runic writings that record thoughts about the purpose and possible origins of this structure. Those highly accomplished in spatial magics may study these texts and recognize this as the residue of a large scale planeshift that occured deep under the structure.

L24.157 Silvershell Bee

A mythical beast said to only exist in the Metaphysical Spoke, witnessed by some spiritfarers learned in the art of Disembodiment.  Contrary to its name it bears the appearance of a snail, with a distinctive spiked shell in colours of scintillating silver, and bears gray parched skin. The bee is said to be highly sensitive to a variety of future unusual occurrences in the Spoke, and the way of interpreting the likeness of the bee is one of the ways to divination.

D24.156 Scrollgolem's Chamber

A towering room 200x200ft in size rising 400ft in height. The walls are of schist and are deeply carved with numerous ramps that circle about the perimeter of the chamber. At the centre of the chamber held by reinforced wooden girders is a very tall golem that takes up a 30x30ft space and stands 60ft in height. The golem seems to be made of numerous agglutinated cylinders intricately carved with runes. The back of the neck of the golem is a 5ft diameter hole which seems to be lined with polished gold which is carved with extremely tiny and intricate rectilinear patterns. When fitted with a special aquamarine the size of a 5ft diameter cylinder, the golem will become animated and all the runes across its cylinder compose body will glow deep blue, thereafter it follow orders of the creature closest to its head, or those bearing an Unfungible Copper Medal. L24.156 Tubethatch

A type of plant typically used as thatch for roofs. Know for its characteristic U shaped profile and rubbery texture and glossy, bluish color. It offers rapid discharge of rainwater with greater performance of most typical shingles or thatchwork.

D24.155 Hall of Petrified Light

A 60x80ft hall made of petrified wood. The room is lit by mummified glow worms that peek out of the walls in rectilinear patterns. At the centre of the room is an uncanny spherical region of darkness levitating above a garnet pedestal. Placing metal that conducts magical properties like adamantine in the spherical darkness bestows it the same properties for a month, allowing one to freeze light when focusing magic through the metal. With enough skill, one may be able to parry light based energies and nullify energy rays. The effect lasts for 2 weeks.

L24.155 Queenmaker Palm

A remarkable silver palm tree that is said to grow only in the Crimson dustlakes of the Dousing Sprig that lies on the Folded Qeleres. It is one of the observed Breakers of Symmetry, as it is claimed that only one Queenmaker Palm can exist in the Spoke, and attempts to grow more of it has failed. The palm is involved in a very sacred rite of bestowing Mandate of Rule to the chosen Queen of the Tribes of the Dousing Sprig. Every 12 years, when the Palm vanishes from its current location, thousands of girls set sail in small sailboats, traversing orca infested dusts in search of the palm which promises to bestow them queenship.

D24.154 Moonstone Trench

A 170ft deep trench 50ft in diameter. Narrow 5ft walkways of steel reinforced wood line the trench affording delvers some foothold every 30ft drop. At the base of the trench lies a cluster of cacophonous, sentient flesh eating moon quartz which emits ultra high frequencies of sound that cause severe sonic damage, evidenced by the huge pile of pones it sits within. Slaying the moon quartz allows it's body to be forged into potent magic items that command sound when brought to the right craftsman.

L24.154 Feelerhen Totem

One of the hideous structures erected by wilders far from civilisation who worship a fictional genus of scalebirds called hens. Assembled from the feelers of numerous giant termites, this totem is said to allow wilders to sense danger from afar and conduct strange calculations with regards to the predicting of bark tremors or sprig forming, which inform the direction of their nomadic movements across the bark

D24.153 Spintile Gallery

A treacherous 100x100ft room composed of levitating silver tiles shaped like flattened spheres 2ft in diameter each. The floor, walls and ceiling are made of all of these levitating tiles which are rapidly spinning in disparate directions and are spaced 1ft away from one another. Stepping onto one of the tiles will cause the creature on it to spin wiith the tile, which may cause dizziness to those lacking constitution. The room is occupied by 2d6 blink dogs which will hound creatures who enter the room except for two with one eye each posessing a silver iris, which will try to avoid and escape from creatures intent on pursuing them. The eyes of these dogs possess are actually extremely potent magical items which when worn in place of one's eyes allows truesight and vision from another location up to 200ft away. 

L24.153 Mazemind Succulent

 An odd variety of succulent that grows across Dustbarks, typically growing in large clusters in shaded areas. The Mazemind Succulent possesses a remarkable pattern of growth which is the propogation of tiny succulents in a rectilinear, maze-like, self-repeating fractal. When left unattended for decades, they form expansive mazes with succulent hedges rising  nearly double the height of a person. One of such mazes is considered a Sacred Wonder of the Spoke - which is located on the Inkblot Sprig of the Firm Qeleres - named the Round Maze.

D24.152 Colonnade of Lensing

A 70ft long and 30ft wide colonnade comprising numerous pillars elliptical in elevation that reach 50ft into the ceiling. The pillars are made of clear glass filed by ground meteorite dust and allow the amplification and concentration of light and magic light. Those learned in the elements of light will be able to identify that this colonnade is a component of a large light magic ritual which is responsible for focusing light and transferring it to other parts of the contraption.

L24.152 Sailfin Orca

A super predator found in Dustbarks found upon the various Qeleres. With its sail like fins the Sailfin Orca is able to sail with the wind rapidly across dust dunes and possess strong muscles that allow them to burrow within the dust. On top of preying on livestock, they also terrorize marrowleaf plantations, and thus are the target of hunting parties across the Spoke.
