L24.229 Pepperwind
A natural weather phenomenon that occurs typically in pepperswath planes where numerous multi colored pepper shrubs grow in large swaths across certain types of purple bark. Typically during blooming seasons, when large concentrated gusts of wind blow across the swaths, a multicolored fog pervades neighboring regions creating a terrible pall of irritants that cause uncontrollable tearing, and is particularly the bane of many frogstock shepherds whose herds suffer greatly due to their wet skin.
