A spherical chamber 40ft in diameter composed entirely of an adamantine alloy filled with heavy water. 

A hatch at the top of the chamber is the only means of entry and exit into the chamber.

The continuum of space is extremely distorted within the chamber and swimming in any direction only brings the creature further from the hatch.

Only creatures with true seeing will be able to discern a way forward to the exit upon successful observation bolstered by wisdom.

L24.7 Scintrose

 A terrible illness which causes flower-like marks to form on the skin of the infected. These flower-like marks emit colored light which is considered a bad omen by many civilisations save those of the Shrouded Nest whose Saintess was said to have Scintrose across and within her body. As the disease advances, the marks become more detailed, until the point actual Brightflowers actually bloom upon the skin of the infected. At this point the flowers release an infectious pollen which spreads by air to infect others.

Hi again everyone! Things are getting a bit exciting this session as we head into your first dungeon delve. As I haven't fully built the dungeon descriptions, traps and other stuff yet, the dungeons might seem a little boring, but I think I'm going to add more content and other flavours of dungeons soon before I start the next session.
