D24.64 Cave of Ceiling Mantas

A 60x70ft cavern of haemetite crystals. The ceiling is studded with scintillating shining spinel crystals interspersed by manta rays sculpted in the shape of manta rays.

There are numerous broken and fallen ladders about alongside skeletons and broken pickaxes.

Should one reach the ceiling and attempt to mine the spinel, roll 1d6. Other than on a 6, 1d6 manta sculptures animates and will attempt to kill the miner after which it will return to the ceiling and return to sleep.

The spinels possess the unique attribute of being able to absorb and store magical energies and release them at a later time in the same state.

Quick Yoon Suin Hexcrawl: Session 3

Hi again everyone! Things are getting a bit exciting this session as we head into your first dungeon delve. As I haven't fully built the dungeon descriptions, traps and other stuff yet, the dungeons might seem a little boring, but I think I'm going to add more content and other flavours of dungeons soon before I start the next session. L24.7 Scintrose

 A terrible illness which causes flower-like marks to form on the skin of the infected. These flower-like marks emit colored light which is considered a bad omen by many civilisations save those of the Shrouded Nest whose Saintess was said to have Scintrose across and within her body. As the disease advances, the marks become more detailed, until the point actual Brightflowers actually bloom upon the skin of the infected. At this point the flowers release an infectious pollen which spreads by air to infect others.
