Saltspin is the one of the axioms of the Saltmesh model explaining the different expressions of arcane power, such as elemental and psychic expressions.

Each fragment of Salt in it's purest form exists as a cube with equal dimensions on all sides.

Depending on the axis of Salt fragment's spin, resulting effects can be differ, even for small changes in angle.

When several nearby fragments of Salt spin in a specific direction, there is a Resonance, which creates magical phenomena, which can create, destroy or transform all kinds of matter.

In reality Salt bears an imperfect shape which causes it to typically spin in certain directions, causing different creatures to have different affinities of magic.

The Manticore Belfries... Home to madmen breeding bloodthirsty manticores. The promise of treasure is great. That - I'll admit. But I'd stay clear of that place if I were you... Unless you are a madman yourself, or enjoy the feeling of spines piercing your flesh. Wastetreader Dykstra A cluster of 200ft tall tapered towers made of alabaster bricks topped with a bulbous cage that serve as belfries for manticores. The towers are connected to one another via 100ft wide cliffside tunnels open to one side, held up by rock-hewn pillars fixed with sconces. These partially open tunnels snake around the edges of the cliff, connecting the Greater East Wall to the north and the Lesser Wall to the south. #Lore24 Complete! Congratulations to all who made it through! It was an extremely productive challenge which I think I will continue for many years to come! Let's go #Lore25 !!  Here are the top 10 starred lore fragments. I plan to draw some art of them tomorrow. Interestingly, most of them were at the start, where many were very motivated. But alas, things died down past the 1st quarter but I'm glad for my Crimson Nest and Mistberry which made it in to top 10 (albeit many others had at least 2 stars).
