A rare gecko the half the size of a kitten known for its remarkable glowing hood, which shines faintly in the dark, attracting moths and other light-drawn insects which it preys upon.

It is also known to the several pilgrim groups as the Pilgrim's Guide, as it is said to appear when a pilgrim is lost according to several anecdotes.
