As smoke began to billow from the embers that burst from under the small grate, Hajer retrieve a triangular object wrapped in black leaves slightly smaller than half of his palm.

Swiftly and precisely he peeled apart the black leaves revelling a triangular inside bearing a dark brown color which gave off a slightly sweet but astringent scent.

Softly, Hajer placed the object onto the grate allowing the embers to scorch it's underside.
