L25.117 Horn-legged Tortoise
A mythical creature of a large tortoise with spiral scales which concentrate into conical horns at its elbows.
Said to be an omen of stability - as it is sometimes witnessed in swampland, rivers and ponds at the start of new empires.
It is said that Petty King Susunin of Ancient Kanartu once commissioned the construction of a colossal tortoise pavilion for this reason - and during that time, the slaughter of tortoises was outlawed.
