L25.88 Croaking Bellpipe
A large wind instrument that produces percussive sounds similar to a swarm of croaking frogs.
The instrument itself is made from clay and fitted with small bronze bells which resonate when the performer blows into a clay mouthpiece.
It is said to be one of the first instruments created following the discovery of bronze, and is typically used in grand musical rituals and funerals of exalted or powerful individuals.
