One of the heavenly restrictions created by the Sacred Beast Dam-Istir of Vines.

Bestowed to his direct servants the Binders, Bell-Binds serve as extremely potent artifacts capable of arresting the movement of creatures and objects.

Their use is often associated with the ringing of many bells of a remarkable high pitch.

The Endless Collapse is one of the feats enacted by multiple Bell-Binds, which hold a terrible landslide above the Groves of Olsalas in stasis to this day.
