A type of cavern that is known as the undoing of many ill-prepared travellers of canyons. Known for its remarkable scent that is similar to that of fermenting bread - given off by strange weed-like fungi that are can cause a debilitating rash in one's throat and stomach when a large concentration of its spores are ingested.

It is also for this reason that it is sought as a deadly poison and is thus banned in markets across the land and only sold in remote black markets far removed from civilisation where it is mainly consumed by ascetics seeking to transcend corporeal suffering.

The Manticore Belfries... Home to madmen breeding bloodthirsty manticores. The promise of treasure is great. That - I'll admit. But I'd stay clear of that place if I were you... Unless you are a madman yourself, or enjoy the feeling of spines piercing your flesh. Wastetreader Dykstra A cluster of 200ft tall tapered towers made of alabaster bricks topped with a bulbous cage that serve as belfries for manticores. The towers are connected to one another via 100ft wide cliffside tunnels open to one side, held up by rock-hewn pillars fixed with sconces. These partially open tunnels snake around the edges of the cliff, connecting the Greater East Wall to the north and the Lesser Wall to the south. #Lore24 Complete! Congratulations to all who made it through! It was an extremely productive challenge which I think I will continue for many years to come! Let's go #Lore25 !!  Here are the top 10 starred lore fragments. I plan to draw some art of them tomorrow. Interestingly, most of them were at the start, where many were very motivated. But alas, things died down past the 1st quarter but I'm glad for my Crimson Nest and Mistberry which made it in to top 10 (albeit many others had at least 2 stars).
