D24.341 Dome of Rain

A strange hemispherical dome 300ft in diameter, 120ft in height. The interior is made completely of masterfuly engraved steel plates depicting various neatly drawn runes. The weather in the dome is perpetually rainy.

At the centre of the dome is the Orb of Great Rain, which when taken causes the rain to stop, and causes other parts of the dungeon with magically created rain to cease.

A soaring terraced tuya made of dark rocks, caked in powdery snow stepping upwards erratically up above the clouds. It's height is only second to the tall pillar of ice that is Trathulin's Tide, which can be seen from above the clouds on top of some of the taller terraces, where cones of limestone with tips of glass can be found - ancient observatories watching the stars. The towers are connected to one another via 100ft wide cliffside tunnels open to one side, held up by rock-hewn pillars fixed with sconces.
