D24.317 Primordial Joinery

A masterfully carved assembly of obsidian megaliths 600x800ft in size in total.

Each megalith interlock with one another tightly and intricately, demonstrating phenomenal craftsmanship.

Hordes of undead Dwarven craftsmen have set up camps around and upon the assembly, and have covered most of the area with miniatures of each part of the assembly, clearly trying to gain insights from the process.

Should one attempt to speak with them, they will ignore, and may lash out angrily if they are interrupted.

Each of these miniatures are worth a lot to specific collectors, but the craftsmen may join forces to attack those who attempt to steal from them.

#Lore24 Complete! Congratulations to all who made it through! It was an extremely productive challenge which I think I will continue for many years to come! L24.1 Chameleon Riders of Yrhenu

Skilled riders of nimble Chameleons capable of adhereing the the stalks and leaves of Qelerian plants.  They wield large halberds forged from Bramber, sheperd and reap the herds of Frogstock that make the same plants their pasture. While some prefer a bucolic life of herding Frogstock in groups of three to five, there are a few in who build a much greater kinship with their Chamelons, and are capable of blending into the environment. These master riders seek larger prey from hunting Mudtoads at the lower strata of the Stalks.

D24.185 Prison of the Lothgem

Lothgem, a hideous uncut spinel the size of a fist levitating above a tarnished silver pedestal, surrounded by walls made of mosaics of precious jewels depicting praying Dwarven monks.  It is dull to the point it darkens the light about it. When held, it repels all manner of jewels, crystals and precious stones, and may even repel magical precious stones when on a 1 of a 1d6 roll.  The Lothgem is sentient but reticent, and utterly despises all creatures who wear any sort of precious jewelry, and may forcefully repel such creatures adornments depending on its whims. Conversely, it likes the company of tarnished, rusty or scratched stones and may decide to accompany those adorned by them.
